Address-specific combined tax bill
The Consolidated Tax Office collects for all 44 local taxing units and its individual account page shows the actual units, taxable values, rates, levies, payments and balance for that property. Because the official portal prohibits automated collection and redistribution, Tax Watch does not scrape it or receive your address.
2. Check appraisal details
Use EPCAD for appraised values, exemptions, property identifiers and appraisal records. EPCAD does not calculate or collect the tax bill.

Use the taxing-unit rows on the official statement. Do not multiply one general rate by market value: exemptions and taxable values can differ by unit.
Named City project actuals
80 current City project IDs have an exact match in the City’s official March 31, 2021 Schedule of Capital Projects. The historical schedule reports fiscal-year and life-to-date expenditures, appropriations, encumbrances and remaining budget. It is not a current payment ledger.

These are verified rows from the County Auditor’s raw accounts-payable register. They are filtered only where the accounting description explicitly identifies a capital-project, capital-outlay, or road-resurfacing category.
Important: the register does not publish a reliable project ID in these rows. They are actual payments, but they remain project unassigned; Tax Watch will not attach a check to a named project from vendor or description similarity alone.
